Hi

I have been receiving advertising data throug Google api
The data was very useful and helped our marketing policy Google api for a long time.
However, I was not able to receive a response to the api request since July 27th. The error message is as follows
Error message : AuthorizationError.CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE
I have not modified my working php program and it is not a Google lib issue.
We are having trouble with our marketing policy because we have not received the advertising data we have been receiving. Please let me know the solution
When I searched the developer forum, I had the following answer

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out.

The CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE error is encountered when the customer is no longer active or cancelled. You may refer to this blog post for more information. You may follow the steps mentioned in the blog post on how to reactivate these accounts. In the event that your account is not inactive but still you encounter this issue, could you send your clientCustomerId so I can further investigate?

Thank you for providing the list of clientCustomerIds. Below are my observations of your accounts.

1874088656 - paused campaigns
2167454421 - cancelled
2685249111 - cancelled
3182445458 - active
3749656745 - active
3941212197 - active
4615694264 - active
5750042191 - cancelled
5847486193 - active
6262745164 - paused campaigns
6325208694 - active

If you want to make API calls against the accounts that were cancelled, make sure to fix any issues in the account first before reactivating them. You may refer to this guide on how to reactivate cancelled accounts. After reactivating, you may continue to make API calls against these accounts.

Thank you for quick response. 
There are active and disabled accounts like the list we sent, but we have not received one response to api call at present. 
At least we need to get the response of the active account, but it is currently 0.
This error  has been happening since July 27th and continues to this day.
Since then, I have not received any data

My apologies for the back and forth.

To continue my investigation, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs when you encountered the error CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE as well via reply privately to author option?

Hi 

I'm still not getting an api call response.
there is no single response to all the requests

error :  AuthorizationError.CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE

an ongoing ad campaign is being paid for and I don't know why this error occurs.
please check my google account
i think my account has lost permissions due to an error.

You should be able to reactivate your account to avoid this error and you may follow this guide on how to do so.

Hi,

Based from the logs you provided privately, it seems that account 2167454421 specified in your request is the one encountering the CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE error.

While checking the account 2167454421, I can confirm that this account is indeed cancelled. This is the reason why you are encountering this error. If you wish to activate this account again for you to download the report, you may refer to this guide on how to do so.

The screenshot you provided shows a different account (5499933739). Upon checking, this account is indeed active and needs no further action.

i use google account (5499933739) and it has many ad_account_ids  as you know 2167454421 is one ot them 
the hardest thing for me to understand is that the error happens in all those accounts since from July 26, 2019
none of the normal accounts in the attached file get a single report. In all cases, the following error occurs

i think something is wrong

off the 11 items I request, I removed and ran no charges for more than 15 months and found that it worked.
we are very happy to have your issue resolved and thank you for your hard work.
