Local Services Ads API - Lead Conversations Throwing Error

When trying to GET on Lead Conversations endpoint for CustomerID 7241707660 an error is encountered:

"ErrorMessage": "{\n  \"StatusCode\": 13,\n  \"Details\": \"Internal error encountered.\",\n  \"RequestId\": \"OYMCaopa-s_OARLUW7SUZQ\",\n  \"Failure\": {\n    \"requestId\": \"OYMCaopa-s_OARLUW7SUZQ\"\n  }\n}"

The CustomerID is verified to be correct and the endpoint is working for other CustomerIDs. There is no difference in account set up either.

How to resolve this issue?

Based on the provided information, I understand that you are getting an internal error while trying to retrieve the lead conversations. In Order to assist further, could you please specify whether you are using the Google Ads API or Local Service Ads API?

If you are using the Google Ads API, please provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end to investigate the issue further.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

If you are using the Local Services Ads API, I would suggest you reach out to the Google Local Services API team as they are better equipped to assist you on this.
