Is Google Ads API facing any disruptions last 3 days? Our avg. Latency for our job is 13 seconds.. And we aren't fetching a ton of data, just 30 days back.

There is no known issue reported by the team about latency in batch processing. However, so that we can investigate the issue that you are encountering, then we will request you to provide the customer ID, complete request and response logs with request ID, and the timestamps where we can see the latency.

Please provide the requested details via Reply privately to author option.

Hi all,
We are also suffering from increased latency in the last 3-4 days.
It happens while calling the GoogleAdsService, for different accounts / queries.

Thank you for posting a comment to this forum thread.

Our team reported that there is spike in latency with GoogleAdsService search and searchStream methods resulting in the DEADLINE_EXCEEDED error in the API response. Our team is already aware of the issue and are currently investigating it. Rest assured that we will provide updates about the issue as soon as we can.

Is there a public Blog post tracking the status of this incident?
We have a lot of customers have trouble pull data in the last days.

Hi,

We are also facing same from last 3-4 days.

The request is sent but no response received from long time.

And issue is random.

Hi All,

I am afraid that there is no blog post for the status of this issue, however, our team is trying our best to relay the status of this issue for every forum posts and private emails that we are receiving.

Also, I would like to inform you that the issue has been resolved. With this, I would recommend trying the API request again and if the issue persists, please provide the customer ID and the latest and complete request and response logs with request ID generated on your end to further investigate.

Hi All,

It seems to me, that the issue still persists.
The two cases I've compared were:
AdWords API: Keywords performance report
Google Ads API: SearchStream
The new API was 5-6x slower, than the old one run in the same environment.

Is this normal, for the new API?
