How to get FeedData from Merchant Account in C#?

to AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum

I have a feed already uploaded on merchant account. Now i want to access it from .NET C# , which service object i have to create and call the function to get that feed from merchant?

I am unable to find Content Library in AdWordsService.v201809? am i doing it right to find?
