Hello,

I've been seeing some strange behavior recently when trying to update target_cpa_micros.

Sometimes when I submit a payload like 2070000, it will slight round the micros down to 2069999. This then gives me  a  "currencyError":"VALUE_NOT_MULTIPLE_OF_BILLABLE_UNIT" error. I've printed out the values to confirm that right before sending, the micros hasn't been changed on my end. Any idea what might be happening? This doesn't happen everytime, but I've noticed it only seems to happen with odd numbers.

I can provide request IDs if you need.

Thanks,
Matt

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

After reviewing your query, I understand that your concern is regarding changing micros and breaking while updating target_cpa_micros.

In order to investigate, kindly provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header ) to better assist you on this request.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java , .Net , PHP , Python , Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
