Setting field create.dynamic_search_ads_setting.use_supplied_urls_only throws "The error code is not in this version.,

I am getting the following error when trying to create a campaign:

11-11-2022 17:26:09 UTC delivery_dsa_restaurant_addition_job INFO - ERROR: Batch job #1 has a status "The error code is not in this version., at mutate_operations[1].campaign_operation.create.dynamic_search_ads_setting.use_supplied_urls_only" and response type "N/A"

I am using the following version of the python client
google-api-core==2.0.1
google-api-python-client==1.7.8
google-auth-httplib2==0.0.3
google-auth-oauthlib==0.4.6
google-auth==1.35.0
google-resumable-media==0.3.2
googleapis-common-protos==1.6.0
google-ads==15.0.0

Any advice on this? Because the field is valid for google api v10.
