We believe the campaign_search_term_insight report is also been affected by the same issue.  Can you please confirm?

Hi Oliver,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

Kindly note that as per official notification, the reports that are affected with internal errors are shopping_performance_view, product_group_view and asset_group_product_group_view. The campaign_search_term_insight report is not affected currently. Could you confirm if you are getting an internal error for the campaign_search_term_insight report as well? If yes, in order to investigate your issue further, kindly provide us with the complete API logs (request and response logs with request-id and request header) generated at your end to better assist you further. 

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

Yes, I'm getting an internal error for all requests to campaign_search_term_insight.  I am sure it's related to the shoppign data issue because the errors started at exactly the same time.  Calls to campaign_search_term_insight were working well for many months before yesterday.  There is nothing wrong with the request we're sending to your server.

+1 to Oliver. I'm getting an internal error for all requests to campaign_search_term_insight. Calls to campaign_search_term_insight have been working well since yesterday. I can also confirm that nothing has been changed in the request we are sending to the server.

To do further checks, as requested earlier, kindly provide us with the complete API logs (request and response logs with request-id and request header) generated at your end so that we can check from our end and assist you accordingly.
