Hi Renan,

Thank you for your patience! I may have found a way to whitelist your account to use modified clickability, allowing you to upload ads with clickable elements, such as play buttons.

To move forward can you answer the following questions?

1. What is your company's name?
2. What are the customer IDs for the accounts that you would like whitelisted?
3. What is the business need? (I'm assuming it's because you have playable ads that need to be controlled by play buttons, but any additional information you can provide would be helpful).
4. What bid strategy are you using for these ads? Enhanced CPC, Target CPA, Manual CPC, Viewable CPM, Target ROAS or something else?
