Hi Dan,
For conversions successfully uploaded into your accounts via the API, meaning no API errors during the uploads, you will need to consider the
impression date of the click when tracking them either via the API or UI's reports. As per this
guide, it states that :
Uploaded conversions will be reflected in reports for the impression date of the original click, not the date of the upload request or the date of the conversion_date_time of the ClickConversion.
Also from this
data freshness guide, it also mentions :
Conversions attributed using attribution models other than “Last click” are typically delayed up to 15 hours.
That being said, do the information above help resolve the issue with accuracy of your conversions? If not, could you share with our team the generated and complete
request and
response logs, with the
request-id ?
You may then send the requested information via the
Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our
googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
As for your other question "
...are there any paid services to help with implementation, optimization, and maintenance", there are no other paid services in terms of conversion management via the APIs. The complete scope of the conversion tracking / management feature via the API are discussed starting
here.
