I would like to inform first that there is currently no available sample code in C# for retrieving call extension phone number. However, if you want to retrieve this information, then you may use the following suggestion based on your preferences.

If you used Extension Setting Services on creating extension, then you may used the following methods as it will return callPhoneNumber field:
AdGroupExtensionSettingService.get()
CampaignExtensionSettingService.get()
CustomerExtensionSettingService.get()

If Feeds Services is used on creating extensions, then I would suggest using the method below instead:
FeedItemService.get()
