error while upgrading from v10 to v12

i am using the python apis for google ads, updated the libraries from requirements.txt file but saw this error in the logs while trying to create an ad

"Specified Google Ads API version “v12” does not exist. Valid API versions are: “v10", “v9” error occured"

Regarding your concern, you mentioned that you are seeing the "Specified Google Ads API version “v12” does not exist. Valid API versions are: “v10", “v9” error occured". Having said that, we recommend you to please use this Installation and Configuration guides for the Python client library in the Google Ads API and kindly retry your request after.

it was an error in deployment. the dependencies weren't being updated.
