It has been over two weeks since I submitted my application, and I understand that processing times may vary. However, given the significance of this API to my project timeline, I wanted to inquire about the status of my application and whether there are any additional steps or information needed from my end to expedite the process.

We did not received any Case ID generated by the compliance team.

• Cases ID:  did not received any case ID
• Access type: Basic Access

We have submitted the case last Wednesday as per the 2nd screenshot below,

 

 

 

 

Please help to advise the next step, and how we can expedite the process.
