Applied for Google API Basic Account but didn't received any email

Hello,

Hello,

I've applied for Google API Basic Access on behalf of my company , but have no heard back. The earliest application was submitted on 09/23/23 

My MCC ID : 163-041-9456

I did not receive any case ID info or confirmation email for any of the applications.

I know that this isn't the right group for this request, but I didn't see any other options available. The Google rep working with my company cannot assist without the Case ID either.

The application is time-sensitive and will impact my company if delayed.
