My production manager account doesnt have API access

Hi there,

I'm trying to follow the instructions to get the API access to my developer and my production manager account doesnt have the option under tools>setup. FYI the manager account I'm using is the only on our account. My developer suggested using the URL https://ads.google.com/aw/apicenter but that only gives me an error: Google Ads can't complete your request right now. Please reload this page to try again.

I read multiple google help pages but they all reference the same path, Tools>Setup>API center. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Hi Carlos,

The API Center only appears if your account is both a manager account and is a production account. You will need to check whether the account you are under is either a test account or client account.

If you still don't see, let me know you CID through reply privately to author so I can take a closer look.
