How can I get total counts for the account(whole campaigns)

Is there any way to get total counts from account level in one call?  
Such as  clicks , budget, cpc, roas, ctr, cpm

Moving forward to your concern, please note that our API mirrors Google Ads UI. If the report that you wanted is possible in the UI, it should be also possible in the API. With that being said, could you please provide us a full non-cropped and non-redacted screenshot of the UI report that you wanted to fetch in the API? This is for us to provide an accurate answer to your concern.
