Update on situation please

So i have been applying for basic access for about a month now, recently like last monday i made a forum post asking for help and i was sent an email by the team, its been great so far but im currently very very confused, 
I was told by the team  i have already been granted a token, i sent a response asking for clarity on what this token is and what account its on since it certainly isnt mine, Its been since monday no response, quite a far fetch from the same day replies i used to get, all im asking for is an update atleast on what this token is granted on and also how i can get a token on my account after ive already replied
