Conversion Actions with 0 conversions not being returned

Hi,

We are running the following campaign report:

select segments.conversion_action_name from campaign where segments.date between '20221101' and '20221103'

We are noticing that the conversion actions without recent conversions are not being returned from this report. Is this expected behavior, or is there something wrong with the report I'm requesting?

To further investigate this issue, could you please provide a full screenshot of the problem you encountered and the complete request and response logs, with the request-id that generated on your end? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. I ask this so our team further investigates your concern and provides specific recommendations on the issue.
