PFA error screenshot which I am receiving when I visit the billing setting page on Test Manager Account. I am not able to figure out what is wrong here.

Hi Ankit,

Thank you for reaching out. As this is a test manager account, you are not supposed to set up the billing accounts to actually run campaigns. Instead, you could create a Production manager account and set up billing to run your ads. Please let me know if you have any further concerns.
