Not able to see changes under Change History in Google Ads

Hi team,

There is a bug in Google Ads where changes made using new API are not visible on Google Ads console’s change history. Can you please help us with this?

Can you provide the complete request and response logs with request ID as well as a UI screenshot of the change that is not visible in the Google Ads console/UI so I can take a closer look at the issue?
