Thank you for reaching out to our API support team.

If you want to get the account list under your manager account, you may use the Get Account Hierarchy instead. The reason is, by using List Accessible Accounts, it will just return your customer id which your user account/email address that has been used on your authentication has direct access.

Moving forward, could you provide the complete request and response logs with the request ID and request header generated on your end so we can have a better view on this?  If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.
