Issues with operations on exclusion list

Hello,

I post this message because we have seen a discrepancy for create and remove operations with the Google Ads API (V13).

We use the API in order to add or remove a keyword from an exclusion list every 10mn but since Monday 21 Aug 2023, I can see that the exclusion list is not updated correctly. 

For instance :

• when I add a keyword "abc" at 10AM and check the exclusion list at 10:10AM, "abc" is not present in the list. 
• Same when I remove the keyword "def" at 10AM and check the exclusion list at 10:10AM, "def" is still present in the list...

In both cases, I have a success message for the creation and removal operations.

I did not have any problems like that before last Monday.

Is it a known issue ?

With regards to your concern, can you please provide us with the complete logs(request and response with request ID) of your request and an uncropped UI screenshot of the Google Ads UI in which you are seeing this behavior happening so we can investigate further?
