API Token- Two MCCs

Hi,

My client recently opened a second MCC and applied for an API token. They were rejected because they already have an API token for their other MCC (we've appealed but haven't heard back yet).

Then they asked if they could transfer their token to the new MCC, but were told they'd need to deactivate it from their original MCC, which is not an option.

What is the solution here? We need tokens for both MCCs.

Hi Arielle,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please note that only one approved developer token can be granted per entity / organization. As your concern is related to developer tokens for both MCCs, I would recommend that you continue your discussions with the Compliance Team instead, either by replying directly to their email, or by using this contact form.

This is because matters related to the review and approval process of these tokens are already outside of the scope of our API support team.
