Connector not working

to AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum

We are experiencing an issue with our connector Google Ad Manager to Google Sheet. We use this to help us pace campaigns. The data that is being poured into sheets is not matching up with what our media spend numbers from google ad manager, We have refreshed many times but no luck for the past week. Any known issues with this connection? More importantly any suggestions on how to resolve?
