Creation of Conversion Action by Adwords API

Hello All,

We want to create Conversion action automatically in Google Ads every time when we create new Google Ads account. For this purpose, we want to use https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/ConversionTrackerService. We are sure this Service can be used for managing Conversion actions but we are not sure if this Service can be used specifically for the creation of the conversion action. 

Could anyone advise us on this please? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out. With regards to your concern,  you can use the ConversionTrackerService in order to create Conversion Actions.
