Hello!
SHOPPING PERFORMANCE REPORT returns product data that are not in google ads and in the merchant center. About 2% of such data. Сhecked by OfferId (item ID). This data has all the necessary attributes (Clicks, Impressions, Ad group ID, Product Title and others), and is no different from the "existing" product data, but they are not in google ads and in the merchant center.
Waiting for your comment.
Have a nice day.

Hi Tima,

So I can better investigate the issue, could you provide your clientCustomerId and the complete report definition you used when you generated the Shopping Performance Report? You may send the details using the Reply privately to author option.

Also, if you have any Merchant Center related concerns, you may reach out to their support team instead, via this link, as this is already outside of our scope.

Thanks and regards,
Peter

Hi Tima,

Thank you for providing the details I requested. I tried to replicate your report on my end and I could not identify any issues from the results. Could you point out which among the results / item IDs you deem are not existing in both your Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts but are being returned in the report?

Best regards,

Peter

No such products with this IDs. But there are groups with this identifier in which there are no products.
How to check the correctness of the returned data:
- Look at the number of products returned in the report (impressions > 0  include_zero_impressions = False).
- In google ads in products add filter "Impr. > 0" and see the number of results.
- Remember the dates.

Hello Tima,

I am Peter's teammate working on this concern as he is not available. I see that those offerIds are available via API and also available via UI-> Reports-> custom reports-> Shopping – ID Prod Perfs in your account. In general API data always matches with the UI data, even here it is matching  with the data that is downloaded via UI reports. I did not find those those offer ids in the account, under products. You might have to contact Google Ads support team to check from where those offer ids are coming from since it is product level concern. You can contact them from the Help icon on the top right corner of the account.
