Google Ads API bidding(cpc) to product id level

Referring to the articles regarding set bid and adjust bids, the example is for ad group or campaign level.

I assume we can also use API to adjust bid in product id level? I am wondering if we can write that script in python.

Yes, it is possible to set bids at the product level by using a Shopping Listing Group. I would suggest you to follow the code example in this section, and set the "product_item_id" field on the ListingDimensionInfo to be the offer ID of the product you want to target. You can use this sample python code as per your requirement. That way you can set the bid on the ad group criterion that contains the listing dimension. There are some caveats to this approach, however. First, ad groups can only contain 20,000 criterion, so if the user has more than 20k products you need to create multiple ad groups to contain each individual products. Second, bidding on products individually goes against the intent of product listing groups, where it's recommended that users group their products together and set bids on the groups. Also, I would suggest you to refer to the documentation on how to set the bids at the campaign, ad_group and ad_group_criterion level using the Google Ads API.
