Google Ads API -authorizationError

Hi team,

We are the MMP (AppsFlyer) that allows our advertiser to authenticate their GoogleAdwords account from our end to acquire ads spend reporting, essentially we use the Google Ads API to fetch primary KPI such as clicks/impressions/cost. We got complaints from one of our customers about the API authentication failure since Jan 5.

Upon checking internal logs we fetch the following errors, i.e.

Customer's google ads account : 803-731-4349 (Zero...@cupshe.com)
They promote apps : com.cupshe.cupshe; 1177423676
Active campaign are listed as below
11916485189,15362189743,12474377987


Would you kindly help to investigate the reason as I see the documentation and it doesn't cover this case, we don't UPDATE/ADD/DELETE the customer's report.
  
Notes: It's a single case as we don't see it impacting other advertisers working with us.

Hi Jing,

Thank you for reaching out to Google Ads API support. Could you privately send us a full request and response log of API communication that returns this error? 

The request and response appears similar to the JSON Mappings in our REST documentation. Our client libraries have loggers with logging instructions, to see these instructions you can click on the client library you use in the sidebar of our client library guide and click on "Logging". Setting the log level to 'DEBUG' will get the desired log.

Hi Aryeh,

Thanks for the fast response, it will take few days until we get the complete request for further investigation, I'll keep you posted once we acquire the logs.
