To investigate the issue and to know the appropriate action needed here, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs generated on your end where we can see the error?
You can provide it via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.
Please note that the AdWords API is deprecated and will be sunset on April 27, 2022. We strongly recommend that you migrate to the Google Ads API as soon as possible. You can use its reporting feature for retrieving information and statistics only as the request here is not expensive to use.
