No Response on API Basic Access

It has been over 2 months since I submitted my application for Basic Access. We have kept new onboarding on our app on hold until we could programmatically serve them. I filled the API Support Compliance Team form too around 1 month but but no update from them yet. Please escalate this issue for me.

I do not see a Case ID generated when filling the form on (https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api). Neither did I receive any emails with acknowledgement.

I would like to inform you that the case ID will be present in the auto-generated email from the compliance team after you submit the application form.

As said earlier, the access requests are handled by the Google Ads API Compliance team. They are actively addressing the matter, and please note that access-related issues are beyond our current scope. I am looping the compliance team back to this thread for further assistance.

T+3 Days and still waiting to hear back from the Compliance Team. They have not even registered a Case-ID yet.
