Basic API Access Token - awaiting response

Hello support team, 

We have applied for Google Ads API access on 2nd February and followed up via the contact form on 8th February, both with no response. Our account manager has also said they do not have any path for escalation. 
  • Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 240-552-3698
  • Access level: Basic
  • Cases ID: None provided
This is impacting our business operations and ability to move forward with an important project. Is there any way we can expedite access, as this is well beyond the estimated 3 days turnaround suggested at the time of application?

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you have submitted an application for the basic access of Google Ads API developer token and have not received any update.

Since the access requests are handled by the Google Ads API Compliance team, we are transferring the case to the Ads API Compliance team. Can you kindly provide the following information for the compliance team to further assist you with your concern:
  • Case ID generated from the compliance team in the format 0-0###########0 (if there is any generated)
@Compliance team, please confirm if you are able to assist in the below access request and the user did not receive the Case ID.

    Do reach out to the Google Ads API support team for any queries related to the API.
