Expanded Text Ads Using Default Values Instead of Values From Adcustomizer Feed

Hi,

We're currently seeing that our live Expanded Text Ads are using indicated default values for the Adcopy instead of the values from our Adcustomizer Feed.

Please see the screenshot below of a live text ad:

Below is a screenshot of a preview of the ad on an adgroup level:

Has anyone experienced this issue/explain why there is a discrepancy between the ad preview on the adgroup level versus what's shown in the actual live Text Ad?
