We developed a simple OAuth plugin app that connects Oracle Eloqua (marketing automation platform) to Google Ads to add contacts to Google Custom Audience lists. However, users of the app are running into the below error when trying to authenticate with Google. 

This app is blocked
Ths app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access.

Any ideas on what we need to do to resolve this?

Thanks, Sherwin. This article seems to refer exclusively to device management. My question is in regard to a security issue of some sort for a custom app that uses the Google Ads API. Can you provide any other information or support?
