GenerateForecastMetrics errors

Hi,

We're getting a couple of errors from GenerateForecastMetrics that we didn't see from the old adwords API KeywordEstimatorService:

1. keyword_plan_ad_group_keyword_error: KEYWORD_HAS_INVALID_CHARS,  trigger { string_value: "5 * hotels uk" }

The * character used as equivalent of "5 star hotels" is given as an example of allowed usage here https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/6021546?hl=en&visit_id=636828108133331799-170295371&rd=1 but is throwing above error when passed as a keyword as part of KeywordPlanAdGroupKeyword in a KeywordPlanAdGroupKeywordOperation.

2. keyword_plan_error: BID_TOO_HIGH, trigger { int64_value: 1000000000 }

We are trying to pass the maximum cpc_bid_micros value, this value worked with the old KeywordEstimatorService but throws this error for the new API.  What is the maximum bid allowed in this field, and if it varies by currency what is the maximum allowed bid for each currency?  Currency is GBP in this example, but sometimes we want to bid in other currencies (e.g. Indian Rupees where much higher bids are more normal).
