Hello,

I'm using Google Ads Api.

I have a smart shopping campaign, with only one adgroup.
This adgroup (and therefore campaigns) contains a list of products. (36K).

When I try to get the list of product using  shopping_performance_view  , I manage to get 11K product.

This is weird, plus some products doesn't even exist in the product_group. They exist when I download a shopping report, but they do not exist in any product_group I own.

Is there a way actually, to get all product from a campaign ? Product_view_group doesn't help, and  shopping_performance_view is incoherent.

My goal is to fetch all products, and filter the ones where impr < 1 for the last 3 days.

I thought it was gonna be easy, but it seems I was wrong.

Using AdWords API we manage to get products in order to exclude them.
With Google Ads API data is incoherent.

I may be missing an important information.

Hi Steven,

Thank you for reaching out. To diagnose, could you send us privately a log of API communications, both request and response?

In the Ads API the request and response appear similar to what is shown on this page, logging instructions for our client libraries are in our client library guide, you can access logging instructions by pressing the down arrow in the sidebar by the library of your choice and click on "Logging".

In the AdWords API the request looks like this request (look at the item 3), and the response looks like this. Logging instructions are in the ReadMe file in GitHub for each client library.

Regards,
