Thank you for reaching out to our API support team about your issue.
I understand that you mentioned that you already created the required minimum number of assets, and yet you are still unable to create the asset group.
That said, our team would like to take a closer look at this and to do so, could you also share to our team the generated and complete request and response logs, and request-id? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by referring to this guide, and then use the DEBUG log level setting.
You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
