Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Forum.

As per this Report mapping guide, the equivalent for the ACCOUNT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT is the Customer view. With regard to this functionality in the REST API, you may use the customer report using the search method. You may see the Search section of the accompanying examples for more complete examples.
