Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Team. I hope you are doing well today.

With regards to your concern, please note that in Google Ads API perspective, we need the complete logs to be able to see if there are discrepancies between the Google Ads UI and the Google Ads API to further investigate. With that being said, can you provide us with the complete request and response logs with request ID generated as shown in the respective links?

Please also note that the API mirrors the Google Ads UI. Meaning, the Google Ads API should be able to pull the data that the Google Ads UI is showing. With that being said, can you provide us with the full (not cropped) and non-redacted screenshot of the data you want to retrieve from Google Ads UIin Google Ads API? This is for us to be able to know which exact data you are mentioning about and to be able to compare both data from API and UI.

Additionally, please note that Zero metrics are always excluded when segmenting a report, however this is not the case in Google Ads UI. Rows whose selected metrics are all zero won't be returned in the Google Ads API query.

You can provide these via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.
