Hello,
Thank you for posting your concern in the AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum.
Please see below for my comments on your concern.
1.) Name in the API request
-Could you confirm first if what you mean for AdsetID is asset ID? Also, on what level you want to retrieve this information so that we can provide the name of the those fields and the correct report types.
2.) Name in the API response
-Please note that the fields in the API request and response should be the same, the only difference is that in the API response, the name is in the camel case.
3.) Name in UI Google Ads
-You can retrieve the data for search impression share data using the search impression share metric. You may check this Help Center article for reference. If you have any further clarifications on this, I suggest you reach out to the Google Ads Product team as they are better equipped to address UI related concerns. Regarding Adset ID, as I've asked in my response to question #1, please clarify what you are looking for so I can further investigate.
4.) What transformation is needed before saving values in database?
-Can you please elaborate your question? This will help me to better investigate and provide you with the correct information you need.
Regards,

Hi,
This is Yasar and I work with Kevin. Let me assist you with this.
It seems that Kevin provided guidance on question #2 and question #3. For the question #1, could you confirm if AdsetID is referred to as asset ID or ad group ID? Also, we would like to know on what level you want to retrieve this information so that we can provide the name of the those fields and the correct report types.
For your last question “What transformation is needed before saving values in database?”, kindly note that Google Ads API returns JSON response and you should be able to extract required values for further processing such as saving to the database.
