Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

When looking at our reporting documentation, make sure to choose 'Yes, it is' if the object, in this case the campaign is in the FROM clause. When that happens, you'll see that the metric disappears. Please see ss. If you would like to get performance data by country, you will have to use geographic_view.
