language_constant doc inconsistent w constants service

In https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v8/language_constant?hl=en it lists locale looking strings as valid values (e.g., "en_US") but the constant service https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/codes-formats#languages returns a much smaller list wihout country variants. Which value set does campaign.language accept? (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v8/CampaignCriterion)

If you are looking for the correct value that you can set for the LanguageInfo, then you may follow the format for the resource name as language_constant.resource_name in language_constant report. Then, use the criterion ID available for language targeting in this guide.

To give you an example, to target English language, you can set 'languageConstants/1000'.
