Issue with Scheduled Offline Conversion Uploads Showing "No Changes"

Hi,

I have a scheduled offline upload configured for a Conversion Action Website (Import from Clicks).

The issue is that the Results column shows "No changes" after the upload is processed. When I download the results file, it is completely empty—containing only the headers but no conversions.

To troubleshoot, I manually accessed the scheduled upload’s HTTPS endpoint and downloaded the file directly. The file does contain conversions, meaning the data is available but is seemingly not being processed or reflected in the results.

Is there a delay in processing, or could there be another reason why the conversions are not being marked as "Successfully uploaded" in the Results column?

I’d appreciate any insights or guidance on resolving this issue.

I understand you're facing issues with processing conversions. Please note that uploaded conversions can take up to 72 hours to appear in reports, including the "Conversions by Conversion Time" report. I recommend monitoring the report over the next few days. For more information about processing delays, you can refer to processing delays for conversions. Also, You can refer to this help center article About data freshness for more information.

Additionally, Could you please send us uncropped UI screenshots that clearly show the specific conversion action names or IDs associated with your  Google Ads customer ID for which you are encountering the issue?
