Debug enhanced conversion with incorrect data formatting in GTM

Hi, 

We are trying to debug our Enhanced Conversion setup, but are not able to reproduce step 4 listed in Support Article here (see attached).

How can we find the 'Conversion' in In the Tag Assistant debug Summary window? 

On top, we only provided the email address. 
  • Is this an issue? 
  • Do we need to have multiple user provided data to avoid this issue? 
In attachement you'll find the variable that is being pushed. Formatting looks ok to us.

Hi Justine,

The field "cssProvidedEnhancedConversionValue" isn't a field that the Ads API supports. The details can be messy and the link you gave us is from Product support.

I found discussion of this field in Google Tag Manager support here- https://support.google.com/tagmanager/thread/139080858/cssprovidedenhancedconversionvalue-only-returns-email?hl=en and https://support.google.com/tagmanager/thread/147750388?hl=en.

I can guess that you may have an Ads API setup, there are prerequisites outside of Ads API that you are stumbling on. To help you find the right support group, could you tell us more what you are trying to accomplish and could you also backtrack and tell us your journey from recommended tool to prerequisite tool?
If this is particularly Ads API related, could you send us a 'DEBUG' log level request and response log of raw API communications showing the issue?

The request and response appears similar to the JSON Mappings in our REST documentation with additional headers and information such as request Id. Here are logging instructions for our Java.NETPHPPythonRuby and Perl Ads API Client Libraries.

If you are using our REST interface then the full multi line curl command line is a request log and adding curl command line option '-i' will also generate a response log.
