my ads are in under review from 2 - 3 days ? why is this happening?

Hi Ankit,

According to this link, AdWords reviews most ads within 1 business day, but more complex reviews could take longer. If we find the ad doesn’t violate any of our advertising policies, it will be approved to start serving. If the review indicates that your ad violates a policy, its status will change to "Disapproved," which means it can’t show anywhere. You’ll be notified of the policy violation and told what you can do next. 

If you have further clarifications, I suggest to post your concern in the AdWords Community Forum as this concern is more on the product level.
