Missing whatsapp extension conversion

Hi,
I query Google Ads api with this parameter:

SELECT campaign.id, campaign.name, segments.conversion_action_category, segments.conversion_action_name, segments.conversion_action, metrics.all_conversions, metrics.all_conversions_value, segments.date, customer.id FROM campaign ORDER BY campaign.name ASC;

While this query retrieves both primary and secondary conversions as expected, it does not include conversions resulting from the new WhatsApp sitelink number extensions conversions. Could you please advise on how to include these conversions in the query results? 

Or is not yet possible?

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you're having difficulty retrieving conversions resulting from the new WhatsApp sitelink number extensions conversions. The provided screenshots are cropped and we are unable to check the issue further from our end. Could you please provide us with the uncropped UI screenshot and the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end. This would help us investigate the issue further from our end.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

Now, after re-running the query with a broader date range, I can also see those conversions from the WhatsApp extension in the API results.

In my implementation, I run the query daily to retrieve data from two days prior; for example, today, November 14th, I am querying the data for November 12th.

Could it be that I am querying too early to retrieve the registered conversions?

Finally, I would like to point out that this new conversion has a conversion_action_category value of "UNKNOWN," and it would be helpful to have a more accurate classification.

Kindly note that Google Ads conversion tracking data is typically reflected within 3 hours for conversions attributed using the “Last click” model, and within 15 hours when using other models. I would recommend you to check this help center article About data freshness for more information. Could you confirm whether you have set up conversion tracking properly. If not, I would recommend you to check the documentation Conversion tracking for more information. In order to assist further, kindly provide us with the conversion action ID and its associated customer ID or request-id if possible.
