Hello!

I can confirm that this is resolved now. We do not receive any
*NEGATIVE_KEYWORDS_PER_SHAREDSET_AT_ACCOUNT_LEVEL* errors anymore since the
limit of negatives per Negative Keyword Lists is 5000 again.
Additionally, adding negatives manually in the GoogleAds UI to Negative
Keyword Lists works again in lists that have more than 1000 negatives (but
less than 5000 negatives of course).

We did not change anything on our side, so this was an error in the
GoogleAds API. Many thanks to the Google Devs who fixed it.

Best regards

Christian

Hi Google Engineer:

I have known that Planning Service Request have the limit of 'QPS<=1'
from the follow link:
https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/best-practices/quotas?hl=en

However, this link does not point out whether other Google Ads APIs
except Planning Service Request have the limit of 'QPS<=1' as well? Could
you help to answer me?
Look forward for your reply.

I'm building a reporting website for a customer, where they can see basic
metrics of their google ads campaigns like impressions, clicks, ctr,
conversions and costs. Data are obtained from google ads api via the PHP
library once every day. My problem is, that my refresh token expires after
7 days, because I have set it to testing.
In order to set it to production, I have to provide a demo video of how
data are used, an a lot of other stuff, just for a website that is intended
for internal use of only one single customer.
All this seems a bit over the top to me. Is there a simpler way of
accomplishing what I want to do?

Hi,

I did some digging in this forum and found this
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/campaigns/overview#differences_from_the_google_ads_ui> link.
In the link it says that "video campaigns cannot be mutated at all from
the API" I was wondering if this is still the case? At my company we want
use the API to make changes to the Video campaigns. We wanted to do this
last year as well, but then we found out we couldn't because the API was
read-only. So I am wondering if now we can now also write with the api or
if this is still not possible?

If this is not possible, do you have an eta of when it will become possible?

Right now we use Google Ads Scripts, but the API has our preference.

Thanks in advance!

Kind regads,
Paul

Google Ads API Forum Advisor <ads...@forumsupport.google>: Jul 29 05:39AM

Hi,

This is Carmela from the Google Ads API team. Thank you for reaching out to us.

Moving forward to your concern, it appears that you've encountered an INTERNAL_ERROR. This error occurs when something unexpected happened while processing the request and the API isn't functioning correctly due to a bug. However, this is transient in nature and the API request will work again when retying it after 30 seconds or some time. That said, please retry your request again to see if this error will still occur.

However, since you mentioned that the error occurred 100%, then you may provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end for further troubleshooting. You can provide it via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.

Regards,

Hi Carmela,

We are experiencing the same thing on our end. We can create the batch
jobs, but when we try and ListBatchJobResults, we get an INTERNAL_ERROR.
This has been happening for around 12 hours and retrying isn't helping.

Hi everybody,

We are having exactly the mentioned error, and the retries do not solve it
either. It seems like a problem or perhaps a drop in the Google Ads service.
I hope you can help us and solve it as soon as possible.

We've experienced the same error a couple of hours ago across multiple
accounts.
Could you please take a look at this issue?

Hi,

is it possible to check settings for the account over the Ads API? I cant
find options to check for ex. if dynamic image extension is activated in
the account?
It is about checking the settings oft the account automaticly.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Hello Dhiraj,

I was wondering if you could provide me with the source where you found
this limit mentioned. I was not aware of a 1000 Listing Groups limit per
AssetGroup. The only limits I can fins documented are the ones here under
Performance Max:
https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/best-practices/system-limits#listing-groups

And the one limit mentioned there that's relevant to this case is `Maximum
number of listing group filters in one campaign = 20.000`
With this, I understood that a Performance Max Campaign with a single Asset
Group could have 20.000 Listing Groups.

Thanks,

Miquel Isern
