YouTube Video Recording for Verification

Hi Google,

I am currently having issues when generating refresh. It expires every week and I have to generate it manually for google ads API. Having a chat with one of the developer who recommended me to apply for the publish app to avoid generating refresh token manually every week. 

I am now in the process of publishing an app but it is asking me to create a youtube video that shows how I plan to use the Google user data using the scope I am using. 

Would you please explain what sort of permission google wants to see to verify Ads account? Any link google would like to see in screen video recording? I am unable to create a screen video record because I am not sure what to record.
