Since June 7th one of our campaigns stopped being included in our automated reports, using the Adwords API, please find the detail:

CampaignID: 20727562

Date: June 7th 2016

Adwords API : v201601

Report Type: CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT

Additionally we compared the campaign to a similar one that is still included in the reports (CampaignID: 20727562), without finding a reason for this.

Hello Walter,

What campaign ID does you find disappearing from the result?
It seems the campaign ID you raised as found campaign and missing campaign is the same (20727562), so I can't verify what's missing.

Best,
Thanet, AdWords API Team

Hello Walter,

Criteria Performance Report is a single attribution report, meaning that only one of the triggering criteria (such as placement, age, keyword, etc.) is recorded for a given impression.
For example, if one of your user lists, which are attached to more than one campaigns, is already returned with one campaign (whose ID is not 604678550), then it will not be shown in another row with campaign ID 604678550.
From what I see, it seems that Criteria Performance Report starts to return stats for each criterion that is bound to other campaigns, but not with a campaign ID 604678550.

Using Criteria Performance Report, we can't force the servers to return stats for every or any specific campaign.
So, if you would like to monitor campaign performance overall, I recommend to use Campaign Performance Report.
Or if you're interested in each criterion type's performance, consider using a corresponding report for the criterion type, such as Display Topics Performance Report or Audience Performance Report.

Best,
Thanet, AdWords API Team
