I work with Peter. Thanks for getting back to us.
Since you mentioned that “ conversion ID I found is different from the conversion ID of my advertising management platform. For example:： event API id:6453175821”, I can see that your response already pulled below record for the CID:

Note that the pulled ID 6453175821 is conversionAction.id. This is different from what you are seeing as conversion ID. This is working as intended by Google Ads API. Conversion ID seems to be utilized for the Google Tag manager. For more information, you may refer to this guide.
Also, I had to delete your last post as it contained the sensitive information. Please refrain from posting complete logs and complete Ads UI screenshot on the forum.

How do I get the conversion ID and tag of the advertising account? I didn't know the concept of conversion ID and conversion action ID before. I hope I can provide a document to get the conversion ID

In order for our team to provide other possible recommendations, could you provide examples of the conversion ID and tag that you are referring to? If these are visible from the Google Ads UI, could you share the screenshot containing this information?
If these are discussed in a documentation, could you share those as well?
Furthermore, if the Google Ads UI screenshot you will be sending will contain your user / account information, you can then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

You may get that conversion ID 10831877562 through the customer.conversion_tracking_setting.conversion_tracking_id field. You may refer to the sample query provided:
