Basic Level API access request

Hi,

Following the process for requesting the basic access here https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api , I have sent a request on the 3rd of July, with no response until now. 
Are there are any tools for following the status of my request ?

My MCC: 938-621-6798

Can you please indicate where to find the ticket case2 ID was generated ? I haven't noticed it and didn't received an email about it.

Hi Thierry,

A Cases2 ID is usually found in the email subject or body and has a format of #-#############. It's possible as well that the Cases2 ID was generated when you submitted your application. Please note that we've already reached out to the compliance team to ask for their inputs regarding your developer token application. Kindly wait for their response in this thread.

@Compliance team - The user stated that they didn't receive any email that contains a Cases2 ID.
