ADGROUP_PERFORMANCE_REPORT showing odd data

This is an ADGROUP_PERFORMANCE_REPORT and I am wondering why there is an AdGroupMobileBidModifier 10% in Device Computers

Should it be in AdGroupDesktopBidModifier?
